IB QUIMBY MELTON <GO>purchasedEventConfection can recieve eCommerce purchase events out of the box. The syntax follows:
Paste that above your site's </head> tag and below your Confection header code. Typically, this code appears on your order confirmation page, but you could also fire the event when a payment processes successfully.
If you have active Google Analytics (UA or GA4) or Matomo integrations in your Confection dashboard, we'll send this special event to them in a way that these endpoints can identify as an eCommerce event. You don't need to take any special steps to configure GA or Matomo.
